Brooke Raimondi, LCSW
Hello! My name is Brooke Raimondi and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois. I obtained my Bachelor of Social Work from the University of St. Francis in 2016 and Master of Social Work from the University of St. Francis in 2017.
I work with clients who range from preteen through adulthood (9+). I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, self harm, suicidal ideation, school anxiety, school refusal, and life transitions. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and create a safe space in session to explore sexual orientation and identity. I have experience in individual and group therapy through previous jobs ranging from working with adults with developmental disabilities paired with mental health disorders to hospital based adolescent partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.
I use evidenced based treatment practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Functional Analytical Psychotherapy (FAP). I strongly believe in meeting a person where they are in the moment and working as a team to best address your needs and concerns during therapy. I am a strengths and person centered therapist that enjoys collaborating with the client to drive their treatment.
