Grief & Loss

Focusing on supporting emotional healing, strengthening coping skills, and helping individuals find meaning while honoring their connection to their loved one. Providing a compassionate space to process emotions, understand the grieving process, and adjust to life changes after a loss.

Anxiety

Helping individuals manage symptoms, and focuses on identifying triggers, challenging anxious thoughts, and developing coping strategies to reduce symptoms and improve daily functioning.

Anger

Focusing on developing healthy coping strategies, improving communication skills, strengthening relationships, and reducing aggressive or destructive behaviors. Helping clients recognize triggers and manage impulses.

ADHD

Combining behavioral therapy and skills training to help clients manage inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. Focuses on developing organization, time management, and coping strategies to improve daily functioning and emotional regulation.

DMDD/ODD

Focusing on helping children and adolescents manage irritability and frequent emotional outbursts through approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), parent training, and emotional regulation skills. Aims to reduce mood volatility, improve coping strategies, and strengthen communication and problem-solving skills in relationships.

Self Harm

Focusing on understanding triggers, managing emotions, and developing healthy coping strategies through approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).  Reduce harmful behaviors, improve emotional regulation, and build safety plans and strengthen support systems.

Trauma

Focuses on reducing symptoms such as hyper-vigilance, flashbacks, and emotional distress while building coping skills and restoring a sense of safety and control.

Domestic & Sexual Violence

Focuses on creating safety, processing trauma, and rebuilding a sense of control. Helping survivors address emotional impacts such as fear, shame, or anxiety while developing coping skills, strengthening boundaries, and fostering healing and empowerment.

Life Transitions

Helping clients navigate significant changes - such as career shifts, relationship changes, or major life events - by exploring emotions, expectations, and challenges. Focuses on building resilience, clarifying goals, and developing coping strategies to adapt confidently to new circumstances.
