Brooke Raimondi

LCSW

Hello! My name is Brooke Raimondi and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois. I work with clients ranging from preteens through adulthood (ages 10+). I have over eight years of experience providing individual and group therapy across various settings.

My professional background includes working with adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health disorders, as well as providing hospital-based treatment in adolescent and adult partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. These experiences have given me a broad perspective on the many ways mental health challenges can show up in people’s lives.

I am also an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to create a safe, affirming space where clients can explore identity, relationships, and personal experiences without judgment. My goal is to offer a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healing journey.

My approach is rooted in:

Healing from trauma and navigating relationship challenges often requires both self-compassion and honest reflection. As a therapist, I show up authentically to create a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in honesty. I believe in balancing support with accountability—helping clients move beyond patterns that may no longer serve them while honoring the parts of themselves that have worked hard to keep them safe.

Through this work, I support clients in exploring and understanding the different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion. Together, we focus on building deeper self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and developing healthier patterns of connection.

Therapy with me is not about quick fixes, but about meaningful and lasting change. Our work together may involve uncovering the patterns shaping your experiences, challenging unhelpful narratives, and creating space for growth, connection, and self-trust.
