Session Fees - Self Pay

Investing in therapy is an investment in your mental longevity. We offer clear, standard rates for specialized therapeutic engagement.

  • Initial Intake Session — $175
  • Individual Therapy (50 min) — $150
  • Group Sessions — $30 

Please note with group sessions please contact admin@bnbmentalhealth.com first and payment is due prior to session beginning. 

$100 if not cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time.

Insurance & Billing

We are dedicated to working with insurance partners to provide seamless coverage for your therapeutic journey.

  • In-Network: BCBS PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Cigna PPO, Aetna PPO, and United Healthcare. 
  • Out-of-Network: Superbill provided
  • Payment: Credit, HSA, FSA
  • Direct insurance billing available

At this time, we are not in network with HMOs, Medicaid, or Medicare plans

We recommend verifying your benefits with your carrier. Our billing team is available to assist with any insurance verification needs.

Can I schedule an appointment online without talking to a representative?

Yes! You can schedule an appointment online by visiting our "Schedule Appointment" tab. Click on "Click Here" to access our online scheduling platform, where you can see the availability of therapists currently accepting new clients and reserve an appointment.

How do I know you take my insurance?

We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, United Healthcare PPO, and Aetna PPO plans. If you are unsure whether we accept your insurance, please email us a picture of your insurance card, and we will check for you.

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

Yes, we offer both the comfort of in-person sessions at our peaceful therapy practice and the convenience of telehealth consultations, allowing you to prioritize your health from anywhere.

Are the therapy sessions confidential?

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the therapeutic relationship. Everything discussed is protected by law and professional ethics, with only a few specific exceptions regarding safety that we will discuss.

How do I know if therapy is working?

Progress often appears as increased self-awareness, improved regulation, better relationships, and agency in your life. We will identify specific markers and milestones to monitor your growth together.

Can I make an appointment for another adult?

You can inquire about our services for another adult, but they will need to contact us directly to secure the appointment. They can call, text, email, or complete a contact form, and we will reach out to them to finalize the appointment.

Can I make an appointment for myself if I'm under 18?

Yes, clients under 18 can make an appointment, but we will need consent from a parent or guardian to begin services. Please reach out to us, and we will guide you through the intake process.
