Erika Bibian
LCSW, PEL, MSW
Hi, my name is Erika! I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Professional Educator License. I have experience working in both foster care and school settings, and for the past six years I have served as a school social worker. Through this work, I have supported adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for clients at any stage of their therapeutic journey—whether it’s their first time seeking support or they have previous therapy experience. I view my clients as the experts in their own lives; my role is to guide and support their self-discovery and personal growth.
As a proud Mexican, I am passionate about helping reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and creating culturally affirming spaces for healing. I enjoy empowering clients to build confidence and achieve their personal goals both inside and outside of therapy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dog Canela, reading, being outdoors, and watching shows on Netflix.
¡Hola, soy Erika!
