Kimberly Bosh

Co-Owner, LCSW

Hi, I’m Kim! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois specializing in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I am passionate about helping young people navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges while also supporting parents with practical tools and guidance along the way.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Delaware and my Master of Social Work from Aurora University, with dual specializations in Advanced Clinical Social Work and Healthcare. I have worked in the mental health field since 2012 across a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, community-based, and clinic environments.

My professional background includes inpatient behavioral health with children and adolescents, community-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, intensive outpatient programming for at-risk youth and families, and clinic-based therapy for children on the autism spectrum. I have extensive experience providing individual, family, and group therapy, as well as developing individualized treatment and behavioral intervention plans.

I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel understood, encouraged, and empowered to grow. I truly enjoy the work I do and feel grateful for the opportunity to support clients and their families through meaningful and often challenging stages of life.

By integrating play and developmentally appropriate techniques, I help younger clients remain engaged and motivated in the therapeutic process. For adolescents and young adults, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and develop confidence.

I also work closely with families, offering practical strategies and guidance to support progress both in and outside of sessions.

Whether you are seeking support for your child or navigating your own transition into adulthood, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped for growth. I am committed to creating a space where healing can happen and where individuals and families can build the tools they need to move forward with confidence.

It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients during these important chapters, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
