Welcome! My name is Renee. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to make sense of difficult experiences, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy with me is meant to feel like a welcoming space where you can show up as you are—without pressure, judgment, or the need to have everything figured out.
As a first-generation American, multiracial clinician, I bring both lived experience and clinical training into my work. I know that our identities, family histories, and cultural backgrounds shape how we move through the world and experience mental health. I’m passionate about creating a warm, inclusive space where clients feel seen and supported. It's an honor getting to know each person’s unique story and helping them notice the strengths they already carry.
While therapy can dive into tough topics, I often find moments of laughter and lightness naturally slipping in. With me, we’ll stay focused on your goals, but we’ll also celebrate progress, share a smile, and find joy along the way.
